According to the ASX Release “Midbridge commenced building its stake in Goldfields following Pioneer’s Initial Public Offering in May 2014.”
Midbridge Investments Pty Ltd (Midbridge), is a private investment vehicle of Mr Keith John, Managing Director of Pioneer.
Goldfields is now (4 August 2015) 33 cents below the $1.04 acquisition of 2,214,397 shares from Midbridge. Did Keith John use PNC as a vehicle to dump a $730,751 loss? Where is the value to PNC?
