    Hi Can anyone who is up to date remember what thsi liability was on the books at? If it was expected and budgeted of ror is this a surprise to teh upside?

    Just trying to confirm that it is actually a clean 176 mill combined going forward for next 3 years benefit for OSH. Just further cream on top that STO / OSH doesn't have to fund. grrr
