- no longer have to operate in PNG
- no credit raise in near future
- Let Lole do the heavy lifting in PNG
- potentially have large amount of shares in the Lole if they are successful.
- we can always buy it back if the REE play pays dividend!
the deal doesn’t upset me at all. Sneaking it through on an after hours Friday hiding it in a trading halt is poor form. I hope the management address this better before reopening. I will be contacting them Monday.
