Not a great day for either TUL or PNR holders ............. nothing like a merger and a CR to knock the hell out of both share prices, 5.9 and 28c hey, that's even worse than I expected - still, at least all those sophisticated investors aren't in the money immediately so just maybe there is a tiny bit of fairness in the world? To the management of TUL, stiff sh1t you miserable b@st@rds, surely you should have looked after your existing small shareholders and given them the chance to buy some PNR at 6c!
