Not much of a deal, is it.
Can't see any potential short term leap in price of TUL when it exits the TH.
The CR will probably result in PNR SP dropping 30%, 8.8c to 6c or so?
Of course on Friday's SPs, PNR 8.8c, TUL 35c, and 4.96 PNRs for each TUL, the naive might have hoped for a decent jump in TUL to 44c.
But if PNR post CR come back on at 6c or so, the market price of TUL might even drop, will we see 30c?
The new unlisted company holding all the Industrial Mineral assets will be valueless, nigh impossible to sell.
Such is life, I'm sure somebody will make some money, the big boys and the advisers, thank God I don't have that many!
