they'll eventually become PNR shares after a couple of months of stuffing around - at the approx conversion rate of 4.96 (or whatever the announcement says) PNRs for each TUL you hold ..... nothing required for you to do but watch the price fluctuations, given the CR for the lucky few at 6c per new PNR share, there is little doubt the short term share price for TUL will fall to somewhere near 30c, don't panic and sell, it'll improve (eventually)! And in due course you'll get issued some (probably) worthless shares in a new unlisted company, if you can find a way to see them let us all know!
