    nice to hear their intentions. and encouraging to firmly hear that they will not dilute and plan to return capital.
    it would be great if they can speed up the development of north and south, but I imagine the bureaucracy there makes this difficult. I would like to see the offshore held onto in some capacity rather than just sold.
