Here's the thing...That's talking about forward looking statements and I believe so is the ASX...
What I'm talking about and I haven't changed my point at all is I want AGY to talk about the PAST..
Talk about the projects they are working on...this can be done via media interviews (which are allowed and done ALL the time) , through brokerage coverage which is actually welcomed by the ASX and just keep investors updated we basic AGY news.
That's it...it's not hard and it's not illegal. A investor update once a month would be more than ok.
Look at the SP the past 2 days...that's simply because we aren't getting news or update.
I own a decent size piece of the company...and I like to know what's going on with it. Not having that info because the company is afraid of the ASX, is not on!!
