Unfortunately, they talked about their company in a positive light. They gave details of ongoing activities that looked good. Basically they spoke to their shareholders and gave potential investors reason the buy their stock.
This letter and the lead up to it, has meant the shares have gone up?
The ASX has discovered this cowardly and un-capitalistic betrayal and the CEO of said company will be hauled off to the slammer first thing in the morning. The ASX with ASIC help will dis-list the stock and windup the business shortly.
(How dare a public company talk about what they've did and what they are currently doing in a positive way. For shame!)
