I have held this stock for quite a few years now and it reminds me of how TNE wallowed around the $1.00 level for a good while and then got recognized by the market to be currently at $1.70.
CKL to my mind should be at least $1 if you take the 11c eps without any forward growth factor, the PE would be 10, not unrealistic. If the payout ratio was a conservative 50% then the div yield would be 5.5%FF.
None of this takes into account future inevitable growth.
