It probably is given the elevated commodity prices. The silver looks good, and Zinc is almost at ATH's, trading at $3470/t.
At the very least - it's an asset that's completely ignored. And for a company with a market cap of $15m - an extra $600k to $1.2m makes a difference. It's potentially another 3-6+ months of funding.
