they were issued on the 4th Feb 2021
they were issued instead of paying cash for the service of a CR
not sure how this is bad for the company
if the SP doesn’t get to 2.5c then the company got the CR for free
if it does get to 2.5c then it’s more than a bag from now and the company will get a cash injection
still not sure how you are saying this is a negative to share holders??
