This news coupled with the sharp increase in Platinum, Gold etc overnight should move the price higher. The problem with all of this is that the market still believes that a deeply discounted cap raise is coming. Until the funding issue is out the way it will be difficult for POD to move much higher. Having said all this I think that POD in the 8s offers strong value longer term if they can get funding to extract the large mineral deposit they are sitting on.
