    yes will be the broker ..they will drip feed till they get there funds back for the next CR .. maybe keep the options for longer risk-free carry .. we will see

    Only way to speed up the capping is great updates on operations + PGM prices heading much higher .. get some higher volume weeks flush them away till next CR

    sometimes it can be done very quickly
