Hottod's comments seem to me a very fair summary & I would simply endorse the positive view of this prompt action in putting on the market a segment of the business POH do not have the funds hope to progress. Well done the new CEO.
That aside, I'm intrigued by the announcement's timing, given its lack of substantial 'meat' and a day before the preliminary report has to published. Why not do it all in one go? A sneaking suspicion that there's not much positive to say more widely?
The Report awaited with some interest but not expectation.
