Thanks for taking time out to provide a summary of the various discussion points. Confirms we are in good shape and above all, confirms that momentum is set to continue. Lets face it, you cannot fault the Company on execution, this with only 30 odd employees and off a working capital base of essentially AUD 5 m.
One of the resolutions essentially allows for the raising of capital without shareholder approval ( fairly standard). Any specific insights on this, possible M&A intent or simply to support greater optionality and a WC buffer if needed.
Will hopefully get to view proceedings once they release on the Investor website.
