Yes but you can commit the money and the recognition is an accounting issue for Pointerra, not the customer. In that sense, ARR would be affected but not revenue in the P&L for the full commitment. It will sit on the balance sheet as a liability until it is consumed by service delivery and revenue is progressively recognised. It is, no doubt, the commitment of the funds that Ian is talking about not the revenue recognition.
