    This does not look like it is ARR or ACV or recurring or they would have mentioned it:

    "Pointerra will be paid to analyse lidar and imagery for FPL business cases. The Company expects to complete contract deliverables this year."

    Despite the size and whatever the profitability, if it's not recurring, the valuation benefit is nowhere near what it would be if they were able to (genuinely) call it ARR or ACV.
