writerlove to be drinking from the cool aid fountain, but I wonder how you can run/manage a business when you dont have a decent idea of what your biggest clients are going to contribute to your business.
I appreciate the challenge, but its been a number of yrs with these clients & they still havent worked out what the minimum contribution from these clients are....how do you plan investment, staffing etc....from the communication to investors youd have to think its all done on the fly.
For a SaaS business, the revenues being generated does not match the services that mgmt claim the firm is delivering.....the inflection point always seems 3-6 months away, but that has been the case for the last 3 yrs.
Dont want to be a downer on this as im an investor & software seems to have many use cases, but at some point investors have to see something change apart from the excuses
