agree with your points, I should have stated what IO WAS running 3DP in his own terms. He looks more technical-savvy than business-minded.
It seems that he has begun to realise the problems, and started to address them. However, rapid sales efforts and deployments and extended focus to other sectors require money, while too much still depends on the clients and how they pay 3DP.
3DP is so vulnerable right now given how much cash is left.
