I keep seeing good signs, and I keep topping up. Small wins aren't worthy of announcements?

Now that Pointerra has $2.41 million in ACV, which is $200,000+ per month, I'm beginning to assume that smaller wins (those that would likely not have a material affect on the share price) are no longer required to be announced to the market.

Additionally, an event where a customer increases their current subscription payment may no longer be a material enough to warrant an announcement, unless sufficiently large enough.

Is a new $5,000 of monthly subscription material enough anymore? Possibly not.

Is an increase of $5,000 in monthly subscription material enough anymore? Possibly not.

$5,000 versus $200,000+, that's less than 2.5% now. That doesn't look material enough to me!

Numerous small marginal increases to new/existing customers, may make for a pleasing 4C?

It's possible that it's in someone's personal interest to not over excite the market (and the share price) unnecessarily, if it can be avoided. I too would want the lowest share price possible if I had pay back the loan (based on the 10 day VWAP and the amount of shares to be issued) from the company. I have a feeling that if the quarterly results are fantastic, then we may see those Incentive Shares being taken up (along with the Approval of Loan to Related Party) since the loan repayment calculation will be based on the 10 day VWAP.
