    Not complaining, just an observation.

    I've always thought it was foolish to try and achieve sales in the USA with so few boots on the ground - the notion that Ian was somehow going to do this himself never sat well with me.

    I would rather they raise and get the right staff, which is why I've said all along they need to raise and sooner or later it will happen.
