Looks alright to me.
2 main problems:
1. very illiquid stock (& only 24mil shares on issue). Price can't move if there's no trades
2. majority of people have lost interest in the stock - there's been such a long delay
I wouldn't be surprised if there's a delayed reaction then this explodes. It seems as though a lot of people have lost interest and sold. With deadwood gone, it could well be the next leg up here.
Dr Rob Newman is nearmap experience. SOI's market cap in only around the $700k mark which gives it an incredibly low EV for an acquisition of such potential.
