no, Pokali is always the main target for their West Arunta project, they've been working on this target since IPO, a lot of work have been done there, and Avalon is just another new target after recent geophysics survey, so I would say they just lucky enough to find Avalon with similar gravity similar to Luni, and the market like it so they take the advantage to raise more fund and drill it in hurry, otherwise, they should have do more exploration work such as soil sampling...etc.
