Agree 100%. Btw I have seen this negativity to big brother JV's many times in the past. The classic was when KDR announced their 50/50 JV with SQM. Their share price got hammered and HC was full of whingers complaining about management giving away 50% for peanuts. Guess what....KDR now has a market cap of $760M.
