THX issues an Insider Trading 101 to its employees and feels a need to inform the ASX as though this is market relative info.

I can't ever remember seeing such an announcement from a listed company.

So what to read into it ,,,,

They expect a JORC with nothing and are telling the staff not to sell if they know it!

They are expecting a JORC that is a bonanza and don't want staff buying if they know something.

Or maybe the ASX moves about as slow as a 3 toed sloth and they have finished some sort of investigation into possible insiders buying in before the initial Red Bore results were released.

Very , very strange.
