Ahhhhhh the penny drops. Or is it a few billion. The big difference here from the RP11 program is the endpoint. All they have to do is measure urinary protein and if it drops then the drug is working. OMG. And take an ultrasound to show shrinkage(i presume) as the cysts reduce in size.
So simple. RP11 has a maybe 2 year time line for the efficacy to be noticed, this might be measurable after a month…. Give or take.
