In line with my expectations, note the emphasis on the wording “as far out as 2038” without reading tea leaves this implies that of the 61 patents many will start expiring from 2028 (as I have pointed out) so the monopoly runway ain’t as long as some (fanboys) may think it is. It is one thing to have faith but one does not go in blindly. Pnv should do fine but it won’t be as good as many had hoped. Need new products to come on line.
