that is an incorrect statement, many patents will also cover hernia and breast and various other products in development. As such what are you saying is completely incorrect. I do not know when BTM MTX expires but for sure it is before 2038, my key point being sometimes after 2028 expect large pharmaceuticals to enter post the first patent expiry to market some polymer competing product(s). Even if they just start today or even later with their well resourced and staffed R&D division, it can be easily done. Don’t just put your head in the sand and pretend it won’t happen
