I would also say well done to Laurent for getting the company to this point, and all the very best to him in the future. I hope he has a large stake in CZD and that it makes him a very rich man in the future. I imagine it would be difficult to have to let go and have others come in to take the business to the next step, but that next step can require completely different skills and experience - that next step will be the making of this company - all the best to all holders.
