OGF, I had a read of the announcement, and it seems 9th October is the cutoff date for "Persons wishing to be nominated to stand for election to the board"
The date for the AGM is 28th November 2023. An item for business will be the election of Directors in accordance with ASX listing rule 3.13.1.
Looks like I may get to Vote the whole of the BOD out after all.I suggest everybody else does the same.
Hopefully some upstanding new talent with ambition & drive has elected to stand for selection.Fingers and toes are crossed.
