    Sellers still holding this back when a couple of the other IO plays aren't seeing the same kind of resistance.

    IO price touching 8 year highs, this should be well over 30c now. It's frustrating to see it's not being allowed to run!

    I reckon it's insto's dumping into retail. Anyone got any broker data???
