I cannot answer your prime questions. However, I also am puzzled why an impending producer of a significant mineral can be so cheap. So cheap, in fact, that I bought some more Wednesday.

Is there a serious possibility of the project not going ahead? Sure, there has to be some chance but how big a chance?

Is the problem that the setup costs are huge and no indication has been made as to how it will be funded? Perhaps there will be a capital raising? Or perhaps a sell off of part of the company to the Chinese for their support to fund the project?

Perhaps the uncertainty in all these things is weighing on shareholder sentiment?
