Have you looked at RDG on the other side of GMA who are about to start production imminently? It would be worth looking at their feasibility study previously announced to market.
I don't understand the questioning around why a neighbor can also make it to production, which is why I can't be bother spending the time posted links and whatever else it is you are looking for.
There's examples all over the word of neighboring projects for the same product that are successful.
