    Keep in mind GMA lost this piece of land ayback in 2017-2018 when demand wasn’t as high as now. GMA definitely made a blunder and HVY saw the opportunity. Can you counter that argument with facts??? If no facts then you are just assuming based kn just speculation that GMA made right decision which is wrong coz then why would they do offload agreement with MRC. Also, demand is so high that MRC almost supplied all the tonnage that was in the offload agreement. Even MRC wants to get done with the offload agreement to sell their product for high price coz prices have proped up since their offload agreement.
