In fact, wouldn't HVY then need to lodge an entirely separate mining plan to outline the GMA method, etc of the encroaching mine?
Sounds like GMA really messed up here. The value of that resource will need to insane for it to justify the negotiated effort needed to get it out of the ground.
I wonder if the value of that resource is worth more than the HVY market cap? lol
