    Hi Woody, respectfully may I suggest that you do what I did and make a phone call and get the answer straight from the horses mouth.
    It was a while ago so I'm not going to post my recollection of the conversation and I am of the opinion that each person should do their own research regarding investments. All I know is that I was satisfied with the response and invested accordingly.
