they do have two potential big pay days coming up - the melb property and the vita soy business - could see debt substantially paid off.... with hope they can maintain current positive cash flow close to 200 - 250m; you are looking at a company trading at 4-5 times positive cashflow. crazy to think if you buy this business now, you can have your cash back in 4-5 years. thats an IRR of at least 20%.
