Overall, I'm unable to cmment on the 7m a pop Maju, but the terms of the leases make this a long term dream. I purchased just over a week ago, glad to be eligible for the 2.03 shares, and I can only imagine the already strong yield will continue to work for me over time. Even with rising interest rates, debt ratio looks like its well under control - and with the potential for further developments in the wings, this could quite easily be in for another very strong year -
