wasn't the 100kg limit imposed on all new growers for the first cycle? the first type of license issued to everyone was to enable seed and stock to come into Canada, 2nd was a grow license then when regulators gave approval you could sell to other licensed institutes , some Labs and Pharma had licenses to buy to do research,, Others quickly surpassed MMJ Duncan facility, and applied for processing , CBD manufacture and to sell, clones/stock to other growers, thats when Andreas was a sleep at the wheel or organising to sell it to HVT. We even did a CR for Duncan for fit out etc.. anyway , then you also had to show regulators that you had a disposal system which is a hi tech furnace,no you cant stand down wind, carbon and micro filters are used, plus we had to demonstrate we had full security and a Narcotics Vault, Our 24 /7 security are Federal Officers with basically Police back grounds, not mall security,,
from when the announcement was made of stock in the vault , one can imagine they have been cycling in 90 day intervals.... ??? has HVT signed agreements with the dispensaries/cafes...
Of course the whole game changed with Andreas at the top was going to be farm to Pharma with pharmaceutical grade CBD touted at $250k per KG for Pharm Research etc.. never eventuated, haven't looked at the status on the Health Canada license as we were all fixated to it with most of us with programmed alerts for 3 months while they bought some seeds,,
Now that MMJ is only a shareholder in HVT they receive the same info as the wider market.
So until HVT disclose how much they have in the vault and if at all they have signed with licensed distributors, thats the 24 million dollar question???

Imagine being able to buy shares in a Brewery prior to the end of prohibition... cause if you have money in this sector thats exactly what the opportunity is..
Also mainstream finance is not available until Green light for go day, you wont be gaining a bank loan in a grey industry but most of you know the banks will be salivating at the income pouring in shortly .

Does anyone know how the legal side of driving under the influence of Rec Weed is going to be handled in Canada? or just that it's acceptable?? cheers NZT
