Yep, its a strange market and I think the phrase 'getting thrown out with the bath water' has some relevance! I have been a long term holder and am happy to average-down and collect the quarterly dividends along the way. Have been taking profits elsewhere to free-up some cash in order to take advantage of the sell-down! Have had some good returns in the consumer staples/energy sectors, but I have sold-down as I think the steam is running out of these sectors.
