Is there some news I missed out on?
The sale of assets is in line with management objective for the FY and it sold at book value.
The vast majority of rents are CPI-linked so the interest rate rises should not impact the bottom line.
Why is the buy back not kicking back in?
The stock is now trading at 15% discount to its last reported NTA of 2.95.
