Happy to have picked up more the day after rates rose in the $7.40's, when this was sold down silly, and to see the SP end the week on a high.
Despite the interest rate rise, the DXS is still trading at a significant 35% discount to NTA, not even factoring in the value of their $45billion funds management business! Strong balance sheet with relatively low gearing and strong distributions of around 51c p.a.
Further growth through onboarding AMP's RE portfolio.
Very clean and stable REIT to invest in for potential capital growth and solid income yields.
