WAM in its WAM Leaders Dec 22 update on 13 Jan 2023 flagged DXS was trading close to 40% discount to asset backing at the start of December ($8.08 share price) - the lowest level since the GFC where the economic and market environment was much worse (forced sellers, high debt margins, capital constraints). SP is currently $7.86, so the discount has widened.
I continue to have confidence there is potential for great risk-adjusted returns for DXS in the medium term once the market comes to its senses and could shoot up if inflation dampens in the next year or so.
Healthy and generous dividends should be paid to patient investors in the mean time.
