big drop today anyone know why? was it just that % rates are rising globally?
if the NTA that dxs is on is "fake" and manipulated, what do you think is the REAL and HONEST book value for DXS?
even if the book value for DXS is $11 and not $12.40, its still good value here under $8 isnt it? unless you think % rates are going way higher
and commercial real estate is going to collapse, i cant see it happening.
