    A pleasing result IMHO. Whilst cap rates rose a modest 0.26% to 5.38% rents appear to be rising strongly to compensate for the cap rate increases. I'd like to think this trend will continue. With NTA at around $3.64 DXI appears to be a bargain t $2.67. Higher interest rates are a drag on FFO but distributions are holding reflecting rents rising faster than borrowing costs (interest).

    I wouldn't be surprised if a suitor now comes knocking on the door picking it up cheaply. CHC is developing a warchest to take advantage of weakness in REITs. DXI at a modest market value of around $850m it's a good candidate with good assets.
