    Just curious why you think there would be further downward revaluations? Cap at 6.3% looks conservative relative to Charter Halls BP portfolio (4.7%) and Waypoint (I forget, but I think 5.6%).
    I topped up slightly at 2.50. Reasonable holding for me overall, and think that the EV transition will be gradual, and over a timeline that lets them adapt (either more food outlets, EV charging etc).
