WPR has a big variation in cap rates depending in location.
5.35%, 5.36% NSW & VIC make up 60% of properties.
Up to 7.1% in NT 1% of properties.
Could be just a mix / location difference rather than down to valuers?
I could only find a Metro, Highway, Regional split for DXC & they were fairly consistent at the HY
Either way it does mean DXC is better positioned for any further deterioration.
