"Proceeds from sale of 51-65% of Kalkaroo to Wanbao Mining"
That would leave HAV with a percentage of Kalkaroo that would provide very substantial cashflow. If you don't mind me asking, is that the sort of percentages HAV management have indicated to you that they're looking to hold on to?
If they could pull that off (and avoid a raising) then recent share price weakness that discouraged the conversion of 20m or so listed options could well turn out to a blessing in disguise.
