Been saying for 6 months Drilling would be delay because of snow, even put up a monthly chart of the weather in Portland.
Delays like this end up adding to cost, still think it was foolish decision to be drilling this time of year.
Also posted on the 25/Jan with the CR that drilling would be delayed...
One more thing "oldgherkin" comments are totally foolish no reply needed...
